March 30, 9:03 AM...
Nicholas has landed...

Not only is March 30th, 2004 as the day my niece turned two years and three days old, it's also my nephew Nicholas Paul's birthday. At 9:03 in the morning, Nicholas came in at 7lbs 8.8 oz and a length of 20½ inches. (Measurements a day later yielded a length of 20¼ inches forcing Peter to admit the first measurement was solely for the media guide.  Anyway, Grandmom Cath and Uncle Geno were there in the waiting room as they had each taken the morning off... her from work, him from drinking... (i'm just kidding, we were both drinking!)  Nicholas was born happy and healthy and Grandmom Cath actually got to hold him BEFORE Grandpop Paul (who walked right in upon Daniele's delivery and grabbed her out of the nurse's hands like an NFL running back).  Of course not by much as Grandpop entered only moments after Cath got her hands on this perfect little bisconte boy (By the way, that's the first time in history  that phrase has EVER been said!)

 Nicholas dozed off in Mommy's arm, unlike his older sister who wanted to see just what she was getting into... see Chris hold Daniele for the first time...

As they say on all those cooking shows... here's how it looks when you're finished!!!

Nice hustle Cath, as she beats her hubby to the prize and proudly holds her Grandson and heir to all that is Bisconte...

Grandpop of course is not far behind thankful for all this  fair skin despite the Moors invasion...

Speaking of the Moors... here's Uncle Geno swooping down on his new nephew with the same exited grin he wore when holding Daniele for the first time... see for yourself...

and can't wait to hold him... but neither can uncle geno...

and at 9:13 on March 30th, the tug of war has officially begun!

Aunt Sherry and Uncle Greg arrive on the scene...

and size up Trevor's new playmate...

Daniele can't get enough of her little brother!
